About us

Jay Laxmi Light House is a lighting showroom operating as a unit of Laxmi Light House, at Sonigra Bhavan, Sandu Wadi, Sion Trombay Road, next to KFC, Chembur, Mumbai 400071, Maharashtra. We supply decorative and architectural lighting to homeowners, architects, interior designers and contractors.

This catalogue is a reference, not an offer

The fixtures shown on this website are presented for reference. Listing a fixture is not an offer to sell, and it does not guarantee that the item is in stock or still in production. Manufacturers revise and discontinue ranges without notice.

Specifications, dimensions, wattages, finishes and crystal counts are indicative and are subject to manufacturer catalogue revisions. Photographs are representative: finish, crystal clarity and colour temperature vary between production batches, and screens render them differently. Where an exact match matters, ask us to confirm against the current manufacturer specification before you order.

Pricing and quotations

Prices are not published on this website. Every price is quoted per enquiry and per project, and a written quotation is valid for 15 days from issuance, or the specific period stated on the quotation. Due to fluctuating metal, glass, and import freight rates, quotations past their validity window are subject to reconfirmation. Quotations may also be revised where a manufacturer changes its price list or where the scope of a project changes.

All prices are exclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise, and GST is charged at the rate in force on the date of invoice. Freight, insurance and installation are charged separately unless the quotation says they are included.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed when it is accepted by us in writing and any advance stated on the quotation has been received. Custom fabricated fixtures and manufacturer indent items are put into production only against that advance, and cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Title in the goods passes to you on full payment. Risk passes on delivery, or on handover to a transporter where a consignment is sent outstation.

Warranties

Fixtures carry the warranty offered by their manufacturer. We pass that warranty through to you in full and register claims on your behalf, but we do not extend or add to it. Warranty terms, returns and transit damage are set out in our return policy and shipping policy, which form part of these terms.

Brand names and images

Brand names, logos, catalogues and product photographs shown on this website remain the property of their respective manufacturers and are used to identify the products we stock as an authorised dealer. Catalogue PDFs are published by those manufacturers and are offered here for the convenience of specifiers.

The design, text and arrangement of this website belong to Jay Laxmi Light House and may not be reproduced without permission.

Limitation of liability

Our liability in respect of any fixture is limited to repair, replacement or refund of the amount you paid for that fixture. We are not liable for site delays, consequential loss, or damage caused by incorrect installation, unstable voltage, water ingress or site conditions.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
