Where we deliver

We deliver across Mumbai and the Mumbai Metropolitan Region from the showroom, and to the rest of India through transport partners. Collection in person from the Chembur showroom is always available and is the safest option for large crystal chandeliers.

Lead times

Lead times depend on whether a fixture is in stock at the showroom or has to come from the manufacturer. The confirmed lead time for your order is stated on the quotation before you place it.

• Stocked fixtures: dispatched within 2 to 3 working days of order confirmation.
• Manufacturer indent items: as quoted, and driven by the manufacturer's own production schedule.
• Custom fabricated chandeliers: as quoted at the time of the drawing approval.

Packing and transit insurance

Crystal, glass and large decorative fixtures are packed for transit in their manufacturer cartons with additional protection where required.

Transit insurance is strongly recommended on chandeliers and crystal fixtures, and is arranged on request against an additional premium shown on your quotation. Where transit insurance has not been taken, breakage in transit is at the buyer's risk once the consignment has been handed to the transporter.

Freight charges

Local deliveries within Mumbai may be included on larger orders, at our discretion and as confirmed on the quotation.

Outstation consignments are dispatched on a freight to pay basis or prepaid and billed at actuals. Any unloading, crane, or specialized site delivery access charges at the destination site are the responsibility of the client. Specialized wooden box or pallet crating required for fragile outstation chandeliers is billed at actuals as indicated on your quotation.

Receiving a consignment

• Check the number of cartons against the delivery challan before signing.
• Record any visible damage to the packaging on the transporter's copy at the time of receipt, since a claim cannot be registered later without it.
• Open and inspect the fixtures within 48 hours, keeping the packing intact until you have done so.
• Report any breakage or shortage to us within 48 hours, as set out in our return policy.

Installation

Prices quoted are for supply of the fixture only. Installation, wiring, scaffolding, ceiling reinforcement and site electrical work are not included, and are the responsibility of your electrician or contractor. Large chandeliers should be installed by an experienced team, since incorrect installation is excluded from manufacturer warranties.

We can recommend installers familiar with heavy crystal fixtures on request. Any such installer is engaged directly by you.

Invoicing

Every consignment travels with a GST compliant tax invoice and, where required, an e way bill. Please share your GST registration details before dispatch if the invoice is to be raised against a firm or a company, as they cannot be added once the invoice is filed.
