Information we collect

This website does not offer account registration, online checkout or payment processing. Every enquiry reaches us through WhatsApp, telephone, email or a visit to the showroom, which means you choose what to share with us.

In the course of an enquiry or a project we typically receive:

• Your name, telephone number and email address.
• Your firm or practice name, where you are enquiring in a professional capacity.
• The delivery or site address for a quotation or dispatch.
• Project details you send us, such as drawings, lighting schedules and bills of quantity.
• GST registration details, where an invoice has to be raised against a business.

How we use it

Information is used to answer your enquiry, prepare a quotation, raise an invoice, arrange dispatch and provide after sales support on the fixtures you buy. We keep a record of past orders so replacement parts, matching fixtures and warranty claims can be traced years later, which matters for chandeliers and crystal fixtures in particular.

We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising profiles.

Who we share it with

We share only what a specific task requires, and only with:

• Manufacturers and their service teams, when a warranty claim or a replacement part has to be registered against your fixture.
• Transport and logistics partners, who need the consignee name, address and telephone number to deliver and, where applicable, to register a transit insurance claim.
• Our accountants and the tax authorities, to the extent required for GST compliant invoicing and statutory record keeping.

Website analytics and cookies

This site does not ask you to sign in and sets no advertising cookies of its own. Product photographs and catalogue files may be served through a content delivery network, and our hosting provider keeps standard server logs. WhatsApp links open in WhatsApp, which operates under its own privacy policy once you leave this site.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not become orders are kept only as long as the conversation is active. Order, invoice and warranty records are retained for the period required by Indian tax law and for the duration of the manufacturer warranty on the fixtures supplied, whichever is longer.

Your choices

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete records we are not legally required to retain. Write to us at the address below and we will respond.
